I am looking to become associated with a company where I can utilize my skills and gain further experience while being resourceful, innovative, flexible, organized and enhancing the company’s productivity and reputation.

 

Academically, I earned a Bachelors of Arts degree in graphic design from The University of Tampa, which has allowed me to understand many of the elements that are required of me as a graphic designer. Throughout my studies at The University of Tampa I have also studied the broader elements of the arts (both traditional and digital), such as painting, printmaking, drawing and web design.

 

My four year Navy career has also allowed me to experience the field of graphic design and layout. I received training in photography, public affairs and layout and print media. While in the Navy, I worked as the supervisor on the USS George Washington’s printshop producing high quality products for the ship’s company. I have also created official programs, press releases, business cards and also the ships newspapers. My military background has also provided me with a strong foundation of work ethic and attention to detail.
